How to book

You book directly with us, with no portals or middlemen. It's this simple:

Choose your dates
The calendar shows the price of each night and the total. Tap «Request this booking» and send us the form.

We confirm
We reply personally, usually the same day, with availability, the final price and payment details.

50 % deposit
By bank transfer within 48 hours. Once we receive it, the house is booked for you.

Balance and security deposit
The remaining 50 % and the 500 € security deposit are paid 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days ahead, everything is paid when booking.

Before you arrive
We ask for each guest's details, as required by law, and send you directions and how the key handover works.

Check-in: From 14:00

We welcome you at the house, show you around and hand over the keys.

Security deposit

500 €

500 € by bank transfer, together with the second payment. We return it within 7 days of your departure, once the house has been checked.

Cancellation

More than 60 days before arrival	Full refund of everything paid
Between 60 and 30 days before	The 50 % deposit is kept
Less than 30 days before	No refund

We recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation cover.

House rules

No pets.
No parties or events.
No smoking inside the house.
Please respect the neighbours' rest, especially after 23:00.
Children must always be supervised at the pool.
Only the guests named in the booking may stay.

Guest registration

Spanish law requires the details of all guests to be reported to the authorities. Before arrival we will ask for each person's name, ID card or passport and date of birth. We use them for that purpose only.
